The rain was started at 12 midnight. At 1.30 am flood started to enter the houses. The rain stopped only at 4 am and the height of the water had already at 60 cms.
Until 11.15 am the water was still 10 cms height.
What's happening, this is quite strange. Hopefully the government and its staffs will take good care of this problem.
